Peace in our time? That’s what President Trump is working towards as he does what the current administration seems unable to—brokering a deal between Russia and Ukraine. While the left continues to push their woke agenda, Trump is sending real leaders, like Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff and Army Secretary Dan Driscoll, straight into the fray. These are the kinds of moves that showcase genuine leadership, not the dithering that we’ve come to expect from today’s so-called globalists.
For years, we’ve watched the conflict between Russia and Ukraine drag on while liberal elites sip their lattes and throw ineffective sanctions around like confetti. They’re always quick to point fingers but slow to act. It takes a true outsider, someone who’s not afraid to buck the international system, to step up and make headway. Trump’s initiative is showing “tremendous progress,” even if the mainstream media refuses to acknowledge it.
Where was this courage when the left had their chance? Their hypocrisy knows no bounds. They can spend endless taxpayer dollars on foreign aid whose only aim is to appease international organizations, yet they offer nothing substantial in terms of solving actual conflicts. It’s almost as if they prefer chaos to resolution, seeing a never-ending crisis as more advantageous than world peace.
But Trump isn’t having any of it. He’s breaking the mold, sending American representatives to make real change. Witkoff and Driscoll have their work cut out for them, but they represent a brand of diplomacy that knows America’s interests come first. This isn’t about hollow promises or empty handshakes; this is about action, results, and bringing peace without compromising our values or strength.
The real question, then, is why the left isn’t supporting this? Instead of applauding an effort that could lead to lasting peace, they’re more interested in maintaining their narrative that everything Trump does is somehow wrong. Liberals have made it clear they’d rather see him fail than see genuine peace succeed. Doesn’t that make you question their motivations and loyalty to America? After all, isn’t it time we put old feuds to rest and let true leadership usher in a new era of peace?
