In a classic display of the left’s brazen hypocrisy, the hand-wringing over a clear-cut immigration enforcement case is back in the headlines. This time, it’s the mother of the nephew of White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt who finds herself in the grip of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Why? She overstayed a tourist visa. Now, liberals will rush to paint this as unjust, as if the rule of law should only matter when it aligns with their political agenda.
Conservatives stand for a nation of laws, not loopholes for lawbreakers. A visa is not a free pass to stay indefinitely. When people break immigration laws, there must be consequences. It’s a concept lost on the open-border enthusiasts who think compassion means ignoring facts and erasing borders. They’d prefer we see this as a case of heartless enforcement. In reality, it’s about fairness and sovereignty. Everyone must follow the rules if our nation is to remain lawful and secure.
Liberal elites love to cry foul when immigration laws are enforced against anyone that fits their narrative of victimhood. But let’s remember how they scream for ‘social justice’ while they conveniently ignore the social injustice that comes to American citizens when illegal immigration is unchecked. This double standard is their hallmark. Their policies have already caused enough chaos in our communities. Now, they want to choose who has to obey the law and who doesn’t.
The truth is, the left needs endless immigration to feed their craving for votes and power. They don’t care about the strain on American resources. They aren’t interested in how it impacts everyday American families who play by the rules. The left pursues globalist interests, while patriots fight tooth and nail to protect American jobs, safety, and culture. The needs of American citizens are trampled in this relentless pursuit of a so-called ‘inclusive’ society.
Why’s it so hard for liberals to understand that a country must have laws that are enforced to function properly? If everyone gets a pass, chaos reigns. So, here’s a question: Are we going to stand by and let the liberal mob dictate which laws matter, or will we demand an America where the laws and interests of its citizens come first?
