While Rubio and Witkoff are preparing to engage with Russian officials, let’s not forget the broader context. These talks are happening in a climate filled with liberal incompetence. The Democrats have pushed a narrative that the U.S. should endlessly support Ukraine, while they overlook the importance of holding our allies accountable. We can’t just throw money and military support into a black hole of corruption without demanding change from our Ukrainian partners. Isn’t it ironic that the same party advocating for transparency abroad can’t seem to apply the same standard at home?
At this crucial moment, America must steer clear of hollow negotiations that only serve globalist interests. We need to make sure we’re backing leaders who will stand for freedom and fortitude, not those who are embroiled in scandal. If this peace proposal undermines Ukraine’s sovereignty and security, will the American people continue to foot the bill for a corrupt political game? The time has come for decisive action and clear accountability—and we shouldn’t settle for anything less. How much longer will we let political games dictate the fate of freedom fighters abroad?
