The Biden administration’s reckless policies strike again. This time, it’s the disturbing failure to properly vet an Afghan refugee who ended up shooting two National Guardsmen in Washington right before Thanksgiving. How can the American people feel safe when the very institutions meant to protect them crumble under the liberal agenda’s incompetence?
The current administration, led by their out-of-touch Homeland Security Secretary, has shown a gross lack of judgment and accountability. It’s as if they’re willing to roll out the red carpet for danger and disaster, just to appease their globalist admirers. The vetting of this suspect happened entirely on Biden’s watch. Yet, the left will still try to shift the blame elsewhere, pretending their open-door policies didn’t lead to this nightmare.
Where’s the outrage from the left now? They’re usually quick to point fingers when it’s politically convenient, but silence reigns when their own ineptitude is to blame. The lack of tough vetting protocols for refugees is not only a glaring oversight but also a slap in the face to Americans who demand security. The government is supposed to serve and protect, not gamble with the safety of its citizens for the sake of open borders.
It’s high time we demand our leaders put America first. U.S. citizens shouldn’t bear the burden of failed foreign policies and sentimental nonsense that values global approval over national security. This incident is a chilling reminder of what happens when liberal policies prioritize everyone except Americans.
How many more innocent people will pay the price for this administration’s dangerous incompetence? Maybe it’s time to remind them that charity begins at home—or does the left prefer to pretend those old-fashioned values don’t apply in their utopian fantasy?
