Last week’s shooting of two National Guard soldiers in Washington D.C. is just the latest grim reminder that Islam, far from being a peaceful faith, is waging relentless war on Western civilization. The media immediately clutched their usual talking points, blaming everything but Islamic extremism itself. They turned the shooter into a victim of President Trump’s policies — a ludicrous excuse that strains even the most generous skeptic. But Americans are waking up. Enough lies. This is no coincidence or misunderstanding. It’s a pattern stretching back decades.
Look back through history and the trail of Islamic terror is unmistakable. From the Iranian hostage crisis through attacks on our embassies, military barracks, and iconic targets like the Twin Towers, Islamic radicals have been killing Americans and Westerners by the thousands. The bloodshed didn’t stop after 9/11 — it became so routine it barely makes headlines anymore. Fort Hood, Boston Marathon, San Bernardino, Orlando Nightclub, even the recent New Orleans truck attack — all Islamic terror under our noses. Meanwhile, the media pantomimes outrage while dismissing the clear root cause. Christians face genocide in Nigeria, civilians get slaughtered daily across Islamic countries, and yet the liberal press yells “Islamophobia” instead of demanding accountability.
How many attacks does it take before the left admits the truth? Last month alone, nearly 100 Islamic terrorist incidents killed hundreds and injured scores more. Entire countries reel under this menace, with thousands more attacks every year worldwide. This isn’t an ideological fringe — it’s a global jihad, masquerading as a religion. Islam’s doctrines oppress women, distort justice, and breed violence. It refuses to assimilate and instead demands domination. The Afghan refugee who butchered American soldiers in D.C. “struggled to adapt,” says the left. Of course he did. How could he not? His culture, his religion, and his worldview are fundamentally opposed to everything that makes America exceptional.
The bullets keep flying because our policymakers continue to open the doors wide to mass Muslim immigration — importing chaos and conflict under the guise of compassion. Asylum policies invite millions who reject American values. The Biden administration, drowning us in illegal migrants from failed states and radical hotspots, dismisses all warnings as “racist” or “xenophobic.” Meanwhile, Democrats use this flood of foreign voters to maintain power, caring little for national security or the welfare of ordinary Americans. It’s not compassion — it’s a cruel, calculated gambit to flood the ballot box with those who don’t share our ideals.
Thankfully, President Trump has acted decisively, halting visa programs from unstable Muslim countries and reviewing Afghan asylum seekers to root out risks. This is just the start. The truth is blunt and undeniable: Islam is not compatible with the Constitution or Western civilization. We need zero tolerance for radical ideology hiding behind religious cover. We owe it to those sacrificed at the hands of Islamic terror — and to every American soldier, family, and citizen — to demand safety, honesty, and an immigration policy that puts America first. When will the left quit bowing to globalist influence and start defending their own country? Or do they prefer the slow death of Western values to the security of their voters? The choice isn’t complicated. It’s life or death — literally.
