Immigration officers have detained a Harvard Law School professor who took it upon himself to play target practice with a BB gun near a place of worship. What’s alarming is not just the hooligan antics, but the timing—right before Yom Kippur. Harvard, a supposed bastion of liberal enlightenment, should blush with embarrassment. Yet, in the left’s typical manner, they are mum.
One must question what this professor was thinking. Was it mindless stupidity? Or was it a darker intention aimed at instilling fear in a religious community right before their holiest day? Both are unforgivable, yet the progressive elite remain silent, as they often do when one of their own goes astray. If this were a conservative professor, the outrage would be deafening. Instead, we hear crickets.
The Department of Homeland Security took swift action in arresting this individual. Thank goodness we have law enforcement willing to step in where academia and liberal politicians fail. They talk about inclusivity and understanding but ignore the threats in their own backyard. The hypocrisy is glaring and should not surprise anyone.
This incident paints a clear picture of the double standards that infest the liberal elite. They claim tolerance but often support—or, worse, ignore—acts that disrupt peace. When will they hold their own accountable? When will they put American values and safety first? Questions they refuse to answer because it doesn’t align with their narrative.
Our country faces real threats every day, and actions like those of this Harvard professor should not be brushed aside. Wake up, America. Stop letting the left dictate how safety and morality are defined. We must stand up before we bow down to this absurdity. Is this the America we want to live in, where professors become threats and elites turn a blind eye?
