Democratic Duo’s Hilarious Take on Masculinity Leaves Internet in Stitches

In the hilariously predictable world of Democratic politics, two of their brightest lights, Tim Walz and Gavin Newsom, have become an unintended comedy duo. Their recent podcast chat—revisiting masculinity—has the internet rolling with laughter. And why not? When these two talk about “manliness,” it’s like watching a dog teach a cat to fetch.

Let’s start with Walz, who boldly claims that people are “threatened” by his masculinity. Apparently, this supposed “threat” is why critics are so focused on him, never mind his policy blunders or leadership fails. But his attempt to convince anyone about his macho image is as believable as CNN’s claim of impartial reporting. Even Newsom couldn’t hold back his laughter, and when another liberal can’t take you seriously, maybe it’s time to rethink your strategy.

Newsom, while donning his progressive cape, took the chance to enlighten us all about “toxic masculinity” versus the real thing. It’s the typical liberal double-talk. Criticize one thing while pretending to celebrate another, only to fail miserably. This, from the man who once tried to flaunt his “manly” hunting skills, only to become a laughing stock holding a shotgun like it’s a selfie stick.

As for Walz’s evidence of his ruggedness? His ability to fix a truck. Because clearly, tightening a bolt is all it takes to topple the conservative icons of manhood. It’s akin to calling yourself a tech guru because you plugged in your Wi-Fi router. His misguided notion of masculinity is about as intimidating as guess who’s caught doing a goofy leg cross at the New York Times DealBook Summit.

Democrats are alarmed as young male voters slip through their fingers. Yet, instead of devising a logical plan, Walz suggests that his “excessive” manliness is the real issue. Someone should explain to him that real masculine appeal isn’t something that needs to be proven or paraded.

So here we have it—two supposedly mighty men from the left, fumbling on a topic they clearly misunderstand. Are we really supposed to believe these are the thought leaders who will reconnect with America’s youth and bring back male voters? Perhaps, more than any speech, meme, or policy, this viral clip will define their puzzling take on masculinity.
