Linen isn’t just your average ex-con. He’s pals with Linda Sarsour, a notorious activist with alleged extremist ties. Together, they’ve promoted social justice causes that often contradict the values of hardworking Americans. But what does it say about the mayor-elect when this is his choice for steering public safety? It’s clear that this administration values progressive pet projects over proven safety measures.
By choosing Linen, Mamdani shrugs off the dedicated law enforcement officers who risk their lives daily for our safety. Instead of collaboration, New York’s brave men and women in blue find themselves sidelined, while those with rap sheets are welcomed to the table. This is where liberal priorities lie.
