Illegal Alien’s Reckless Act: Is Biden’s Immigration Policy Putting Your Safety at Risk?

Danger, disarray, and recklessness—these seem to be the defining characteristics of today’s immigration policy under the Biden Administration. Here we have a situation that’s just another glaring example of why America’s border security stands on shaky ground. Kevin Alexis Mendez-Ortiz, an illegal alien from Honduras, came to this country illegally under the disastrous catch-and-release policy. The consequence? A U.S. citizen is left battling for her life after a head-on collision caused by Mendez.

Let’s not sugarcoat it—our border is an open invitation for criminals like Mendez. Entering the United States without consequence, and worse, allowed to stay. The Biden Administration gave him a free pass, a welcome mat that endangered American citizens. A woman now lies in a hospital with injuries so severe, they read like a horror show—broken bones, internal injuries, the tragic list goes on. This is the human cost of liberal incompetence—unfettered by common sense or genuine concern for American lives.

The questions we must ask are simple: Who does this Administration really serve? Whose interests are they protecting by allowing illegal aliens to roam free, unchecked, and untraceable? It’s certainly not the hardworking citizens of this nation. Stories like this aren’t isolated incidents. They are a symptom of a wider, systemic failure rooted in policies that prioritize political correctness over the safety of the American people.

Law enforcement authorities are doing what they can, ICE stepping in to apprehend the likes of Mendez. But why are they forced to clean up a mess that should never have existed in the first place? The system should be designed to prevent such reckless incidents from occurring, not reacting only after irreversible damage has been done.

But here’s the real kicker: this current administration seems more occupied with appeasing a globalist agenda and pandering to the radical left than protecting its own citizens. When will enough be enough? How many more American lives will be jeopardized before Washington wakes up and remembers that their first duty is to their own citizens? Perhaps it’s time for a policy overhaul—one that puts America and its people first. Isn’t it time we reclaimed the promise of common sense and security?
