Armed attacker storms Capitol while elites snooze proof our leaders can’t protect America

America woke up to another close call at the nation’s Capitol. This time, an armed man charged toward the heart of our democracy, brought to his knees only by the fast action of Capitol Police. No one got hurt, thank goodness—to the shock of no one who still believes law enforcement should actually do their jobs. Meanwhile, the media elite yawn, more interested in January 6 reruns and who wore what at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

The truth is, our leaders talk a big game about “security” and “safety,” yet they’re asleep at the wheel until something like this happens. The same lawmakers who hide behind steel fences and armed security detail are the first to lecture ordinary Americans about giving up their rights. Yet, when danger comes calling, guess who saves their skin every time? Not “diversity consultants” and not open-borders lobbyists—but the brave men and women in blue.

You can bet if this incident had fit some leftist political narrative, progressives would be screaming nonstop about guns, MAGA extremists, or “white nationalism.” But the facts are clear: a dangerous individual, armed and ready, rushed the Capitol in broad daylight. No grand debate on civil liberties, no blaming of “systemic oppression”—just silence or spin from the usual suspects.

Liberals prefer to use every crisis to grab more power for themselves, but fail to keep their own house in order. They claim to champion the little guy, all while living behind barricades paid for by taxpayers. They love to call patriotic Americans “domestic threats,” but twist themselves into knots when real danger stands on their own doorstep. Maybe it’s time D.C. stopped worrying about policing free speech and started actually policing the threats right outside their door.

If the ruling class can’t keep their own backyard safe, why should we trust them with the country? As long as globalists and anti-American ideologues are running the show, average Americans are left to fend for themselves. How many more wake-up calls do these clowns need before they finally admit they’re in over their heads?
