Once again, the so-called justice system has turned its back on the American people. A federal judge—handpicked by the radical left—just ruled that ICE can’t re-detain Kilmar Abrego Garcia, yet another “Maryland Man” whose only claim to fame is flaunting our immigration laws. This isn’t law and order. It’s open season on American sovereignty, and Judge Paula Xinis just handed out the hunting licenses.
Liberals love tying the hands of the brave men and women of ICE, all to score brownie points with their globalist base. They’ll scream about “compassion” and “fairness,” but not once do they care about the safety and security of real Americans. The Left’s twisted priorities always favor those who break our laws, not those who follow them. Now, with this courtroom grandstanding, an illegal who should’ve been removed gets another free pass to walk our streets.
Let’s not pretend this is an honest mistake. It’s deliberate. From day one, the Biden administration and its allies have waged war on border enforcement, using activist judges to set dangerous precedents. This latest ruling is just one more example of their crusade to undermine ICE, the rule of law, and the very idea of national borders.
Marylanders should be furious, but so should the whole country. Every time a federal judge sides against ICE, it sends a message: American law is optional, and our communities are open playgrounds for those who don’t respect it. How many more times have to watch judges block law enforcement before we admit there’s an anti-American agenda at work here?
Americans deserve better. Our laws mean nothing if unelected judges can toss them aside to please the far-left mob. How much longer are we supposed to just sit back while the liberal elite help turn our country into a lawless free-for-all?
