Top Biden aide flees sinking ship as border chaos spirals out of control

It looks like another top Biden official is running for the exit. Tricia McLaughlin, a spokesperson at the Department of Homeland Security, is reportedly set to tell her coworkers that she’s quitting next week. Now, you have to ask—why do so many from this administration keep jumping ship? It’s hard to ignore the pattern: when the going gets tough, liberals just pack up and walk away, leaving even more chaos behind.

This should come as no shock. The Biden administration’s approach to the border has been nothing short of a national embarrassment. They’ve let millions pour in without a plan, without control, and with total disregard for American safety. Why would anyone with a shred of dignity want to keep spinning their failures in public? Maybe McLaughlin finally got tired of defending the indefensible. Or maybe she just wants to distance herself from the mess before more goes wrong, which we all know it will.

Every time another official in this chaotic regime resigns, we see the same tired pattern. The Biden team blames Republicans, blames the system, blames “global” issues, but never takes any responsibility. Maybe it’s easier to walk away than hold yourself accountable. While everyday Americans pay the price for open borders and weak leadership, the so-called experts in D.C. just look for the nearest exit.

Let’s not forget: the Department of Homeland Security is supposed to protect American citizens first. Instead, under Biden, DHS has acted like the doormat for globalist interests—putting foreigners ahead of its own people. It’s a disgrace. Officials come and go, but the crisis stays, because nobody at the top wants to fix it. They’d rather dodge tough questions or, like McLaughlin, just bail out.

With another spokesperson abandoning ship, Americans have every reason to ask: when will someone in this administration finally stand up for America’s interests? Or will they just keep running away, one by one, pretending the disaster unfolding at our border isn’t their fault? At this point, it looks like even the Biden team doesn’t believe in their own policies—so why should we?
