Activist judge lets anti-American protest leader stay in US after Trump tried to deport him

Once again, America is seeing its laws trampled by the activist bench. This week, an immigration judge blocked the deportation of Mohsen Mahdawi, a Palestinian agitator who’s been leading anti-Israel protests at Columbia University. That means someone who disrupts American campuses, cheering on chaos, is allowed to stay—thanks to the soft-hearted, weak-minded liberal legal system.

Mahdawi isn’t just another graduate student. He’s become the face of a cesspool of anti-American, pro-Hamas sentiment infecting our colleges. He’s spent months rallying crowds against Israel and excusing violence in the name of “protest.” At Columbia—a once-great American university—he openly led demonstrations that spit on our values and support the same forces attacking Western civilization.

The Trump administration tried to do the right thing by kicking him out. He wasn’t born here. He’s not an American citizen. Why should someone who doesn’t even pledge allegiance to this country get to stir up hate and division against us, all while enjoying the benefits of the greatest nation on earth? But no, the leftist court system decided to side with him and make a mockery of our immigration laws—again.

This is the real face of liberal hypocrisy. They cry about “insurrections” and “democracy” every time it fits their agenda, but the moment one of their own stirs up unrest, they roll out the red carpet. It doesn’t matter how many students feel threatened or how many Jewish students get harassed on campus. As long as you say the right woke slogans and hate the right targets, the left will protect you.

This isn’t about “free speech” or “human rights.” It’s about mob rule, globalist sympathies, and tearing down America’s borders brick by brick. Judges who put foreign agitators ahead of American safety should be ashamed of themselves. If someone thinks America is so evil, why are they fighting so hard to stay here? Maybe it’s time for them—and all the soft-on-crime judges—to find another country that will tolerate their garbage.
