The so-called experts sneered when Trump slapped tough tariffs on foreign metal. They howled about “trade wars” and “global cooperation.” Guess what? The numbers don’t lie. The U.S. steel industry is booming while globalist competitors limp along.
For decades, Democrats and their Wall Street pals pushed policies that gutted American factories. They let cheap Chinese steel flood our markets while neighborhoods crumbled. Liberals didn’t lose any sleep when auto jobs vanished or steel mills went dark. Trump, on the other hand, did something about it.
