Mike Pence Sides With Elites Over American Workers After Tariff Defeat

Mike Pence just can’t help himself. The man who rode into office on President Trump’s coattails now dances with joy anytime he gets a chance to take a slap at the America First agenda. Today, he’s celebrating the Supreme Court’s decision to knock down President Trump’s tariffs—tariffs that actually put America’s workers and manufacturers first. How quickly some so-called “conservatives” forget who steered this country away from the globalist cliff.

Let’s not kid ourselves. These tariffs weren’t just numbers on a page. They were a weapon against the endless onslaught of cheap foreign goods that destroy American industries and kill honest jobs. Trump slapped China and other bad actors right where it hurt, making sure American families had a fighting chance. Liberals—and apparently Pence—hated that. They moaned about “free trade” while workers packed up their livelihoods and watched factories shut down in cities from Ohio to Michigan.

Pence’s gloating is everything wrong with this establishment-first mindset. He’s siding with the same Supreme Court justices—and their friends in the D.C. cocktail circuit—who only care about keeping Wall Street and their global pals happy. Main Street Americans? Flyover country? They might as well be invisible to these people. The very idea that a so-called conservative would cheer the loss of a tool that puts America first tells you all you need to know about where Pence’s loyalties lie—and it’s not with the forgotten men and women who built this country.

Of course, the left is just as gleeful. Liberals hate the idea that Americans might actually stand up for themselves. They want us to bow to the World Economic Forum and lick the boots of China. Every time someone like Pence throws shade at Trump’s America First policies, the Democrats cheer right along. It’s a sick alliance between globalists, weak-kneed Republicans, and socialist dreamers who won’t rest until American greatness is just a memory.

But who pays the price for their arrogance? Not the elite snobs in the big cities. Not the politicians with their fat pensions. It’s working people, farmers, and the real backbone of this country. The people Pence pretends to care about while stabbing them in the back for an approving nod from his swampy buddies. The Supreme Court can strip away our tools, Pence can sit on his high horse, and liberal cronies can pop champagne. But real Americans remember—and they’re not done fighting. Do the elites even realize whose side they’re really on? Because it sure isn’t ours.
