When Democrats and their pals in the media cheer over the Supreme Court’s decision against President Trump on tariffs, they miss the bigger picture—as usual. They’re celebrating what they think is a defeat, but they’re dead wrong. This isn’t the end of Trump’s America First agenda. Not even close.
Let’s get one thing straight: the Supreme Court decided the president can’t use a certain law (IEEPA) to hammer foreign countries with tariffs. The globalists are clapping their hands, thinking that the American worker just lost their last line of defense against cheap imports and hostile nations. But it’s nothing but wishful thinking from liberals who prefer foreign interests over American jobs.
This move by the court might look like a setback, but it actually sharpens Trump’s focus. Instead of fighting with one hand tied behind his back by confusing old laws, President Trump can demand Congress step up and get serious about protecting American manufacturing and workers. No more hiding behind outdated legal loopholes. Real leaders fix the law—they don’t run from the fight.
Meanwhile, the left is exposing themselves, as usual. They’re more interested in blocking Trump than in standing up to China. They moan about tariffs being “too harsh,” but have zero problem when American workers get undercut by foreign factory slavery. Who’s side are they on, really? Because it certainly isn’t ours.
The global elite want to keep their cozy supply chains running and their profits soaring. The Supreme Court just gave them a temporary pat on the back. But Americans have had enough. We want a president willing to go to war—to fight, tooth and nail, for our families, our jobs, and our future. Are we really going to let unelected judges and anti-American insiders sell us out to the lowest bidder?
