The Supreme Court just couldn’t help itself. Once again, unelected judges stepped in to knock down President Trump’s America First agenda. This time, they had the nerve to gut his tariffs—measures he put in place for one reason: to protect American workers. It’s as if the liberal elites on the bench would rather see our steel mills shuttered and our farmers selling out to China than let Trump succeed.
From the very start, Trump has done what D.C. politicians were too afraid to even talk about. He took bold action with tariffs, using his executive power to keep American factories running and to send a message to foreign governments: we’re done being the world’s doormat. And what happens? The Supreme Court, drunk on its own power, sides with the globalists once more, slapping down the very tariffs that kept our jobs here at home.
The left is cheering now, thrilled that China and their pals have a green light to flood our markets with cheap junk. They pretend it’s about the law, but don’t be fooled. This was never about legality—it’s about stopping Trump at all costs. Liberals and the activist judges on their side hate seeing an outsider actually get results for working people. They’d rather grovel to international interests than stand up for Main Street Americans.
Let’s be honest: there’s no way a group of judges in black robes knows better than the man fighting tooth and nail for our country’s future. Trump used the tools given to him under the law—the International Emergency Economic Powers Act wasn’t written for decoration. He put America first, and for that, he gets slapped down by a bunch of bureaucratic know-nothings who have never worked a day in a factory or worried about a missing paycheck.
The Supreme Court can pat itself on the back now, but real Americans know the truth. While the ruling class hangs out in cocktail parties, hardworking families get left behind. If Washington keeps selling us out, who will stand up for the people who actually make this country run? The choice is crystal clear: we need leaders with backbone, not lawyers hiding behind ivory towers.
