Supreme Court sides with globalists leaves American jobs defenseless against foreign cheaters

The Supreme Court just threw America under the bus. On Friday, the highest court handed down a decision that strips the president of his power to slap tariffs on enemies and cheaters when our national security is at risk. That means, thanks to six justices who seem more interested in appeasing globalists than defending American jobs, we’re back to playing nice with countries that have made a sport of ripping us off.

Let’s be clear. This was a direct assault on President Trump’s efforts to put America first. The International Emergency Economic Powers Act was meant to give the executive branch the authority to act fast and hit back when foreign threats pop up. Now, the Supreme Court says that tool is out of the president’s hands. Funny how liberals scream about “democracy dying,” but when it comes to stripping responsibility from the one person Americans actually elected to fight for them, suddenly they’re all smiles.

And don’t forget who stood with Trump: Justices Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh. They saw the danger in letting unelected judges tie the president’s hands. The dissent was loud and clear—America needs leaders given the power to protect our markets and our people. But as usual, the left cheers any decision that opens the door wider for China and other foreign freeloaders.

Now, globalist special interests are dancing in the streets. Multinational corporations and foreign lobbyists love this move. It means more cheap junk flooding into the country and more factories shuttered in Middle America. Washington elites, Democrats, and their pals in the media love to lecture about “free trade,” as long as it’s American workers who get the short end.

The worst part? This decision hands even more power to unelected bureaucrats and international panels. Liberals pretend they’re defending the rule of law, but really, they just want to make sure America never stands up for itself. Apparently, their version of patriotism means apologizing for being “too tough” on countries that stomp all over us.

When the dust settles, remember who tied America’s hands. The Supreme Court just made it harder to put our country first. Maybe the next time China dumps steel or Mexico sends cheap goods without consequence, Americans will wonder: is this what “justice” looks like?
