The Department of Justice just cleaned house, and they started with the worst offender—New York’s most radical immigration judge. For years, this so-called “judge” did little more than rubber-stamp asylum for anyone who walked into her courtroom, bending over backward to turn America into a lawless free-for-all. Liberals called it compassion, but the rest of us can see what’s really going on. Weak judges like this one have let the floodgates open, making a mockery of our borders and putting American families in danger.
Let’s look at the numbers that the open borders crowd desperately hopes you’ll ignore. This judge granted asylum nearly 97 percent of the time. Out of almost a thousand cases, she only said no a handful of times. Compare that to the national average, where judges reject nearly 60 percent of claims—because most of them are fake or wildly exaggerated. Even in New York, a liberal stronghold, other judges still denied over a third of cases. But not her. She was single-handedly responsible for turning her courtroom into an asylum approval factory.
The radical Left loves to screech about “judicial independence” and “compassion,” but what they really love is stacking the deck in their favor. They want judges who blatantly ignore the law and hand out status to anyone with a sad story, no questions asked. When those judges finally get fired—well, then the media explodes with crocodile tears, crying “hostile takeover” and inventing conspiracies. Here’s the truth: immigration judges serve at the pleasure of the DOJ, and if they can’t or won’t do their jobs, they shouldn’t be on the bench a minute longer.
America is finally taking its sovereignty back, despite endless whining from the elites. The Trump administration has been cleaning out these activist judges and installing ones who actually believe in following the law. Not surprisingly, deportations of bogus asylum seekers are way up—because the era of free passes is finally ending. The days when every bleeding-heart judge could rewrite immigration law on a whim are over, and not a moment too soon.
Why do liberals hate borders so much? Why is their first instinct always to reward lawbreakers and punish citizens who play by the rules? It’s obvious they care more about globalist dreams and illegal voters than the safety or future of the American people. Kick out every judge who puts feelings over facts. The only thing “radical” here is how long it took for common sense to win.
