Once again, the climate change alarmists are losing their minds. Liberal activist groups are in panic mode, racing to the courthouse after President Trump’s administration finally put a stop to the overreaching “endangerment finding.” For years, this sneaky law let unaccountable bureaucrats at the EPA attack American businesses and families under the phony banner of “saving the planet.” Now, with the repeal, conservatives finally have a shot to roll back the damage that globalist elites started more than a decade ago.
This lawsuit was always coming. The minute the Trump administration did the right thing and gave the EPA a leash, eco-warriors started filing paperwork. They can’t stand the thought of regular Americans being in charge of their own energy decisions. Every time we try to take back power from Washington, these groups—funded by leftist billionaires and Europe-first globalists—rush to try to shut us down. Real Americans know what’s at stake: their jobs, their wallets, their freedom.
Remember, the so-called “endangerment finding” has been nothing but a blank check for green radicals since the Supreme Court’s misguided 2007 decision. Liberals used it to choke our coal plants, destroy oil and gas work, and force ordinary citizens to foot the bill for useless regulations. All of this was based on shaky, politically-motivated science cooked up in ivory towers. Americans were never given a vote. Instead, unelected EPA bureaucrats decided what was “dangerous” without caring what happens to the heartland.
Now, there’s finally a chance to unravel this mess. With this repeal, the Supreme Court could fix its old mistake and put a real stop to EPA overreach. That means more energy freedom, lower prices, more jobs, and a win for states’ rights. But the climate crowd hates it when everyday people get to decide how they want to live. They’d rather let D.C. lawyers and global goons run the show.
Why are the leftists so terrified of letting Americans control their own future? Maybe because they know their climate cult can’t survive without fear, government power, and endless cash. Real America is waking up, and the days of unchecked liberal rule over our livelihoods are coming to an end. Isn’t it about time we stopped letting the green mobs tell us how to live?
