Supreme Court Sides With Globalists Against America Furious Kavanaugh Exposes Shocking Betrayal

The Supreme Court just dropped the ball, and every American who cares about real strength and leadership should be furious. With a radical 6-3 ruling, the Court decided President Trump’s tariffs—yes, the very ones meant to protect American jobs—were somehow “invalid.” Apparently, using the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to stand up to bad actors overseas is now a problem for the Washington elites. Since when did the Court care more about bureaucratic details than hardworking American families?

Let’s not kid ourselves: this was a political hit job. The liberals on the bench, with help from so-called conservatives, just handed globalists another win. Is America supposed to sit idly by while foreign companies walk all over us? For years, the left has mocked Trump for putting America first, and now their activist pals in robes are making it even harder for the country to fight back against unfair trade. Who benefits? Certainly not our workers or struggling industries.

But the chaos doesn’t stop there. Because of this decision, the government might be forced to return money to everyone hit by these tariffs. That’s right—refunds to foreign companies, mega-corporations, and anyone else caught up in this mess. That’s a bureaucratic disaster just waiting to happen. Meanwhile, real Americans are left asking whose side the Supreme Court is on—America’s or China’s?

Justice Kavanaugh didn’t hold back, and he shouldn’t have. He has the guts to call this what it is: a ridiculous power grab by unelected judges. The liberals and their allies want to strip power away from leaders who will actually stand up for the United States. They seem far more interested in appeasing the global community than defending the American worker. This ruling is yet another sign that the left will stop at nothing to tie Trump’s hands.

How much more proof do we need that liberal justices, helped by weak-kneed conservatives, are willing to sell out our country’s interests? If defending America’s people is “illogical” to the Supreme Court, maybe it’s time to ask who they’re really serving.
