Billion dollar warship left helpless by toilets while enemies watch

America’s enemies should be shaking in their boots when they hear that the USS Gerald R. Ford—the Navy’s biggest and baddest aircraft carrier—is parked near Iran, ready to strike at a moment’s notice. This steel giant cost a jaw-dropping $13 billion. That’s more than the GDP of some countries. It carries state-of-the-art weapons, elite warriors, and a reputation to make terrorists run for cover. There’s just one thing it can’t seem to handle—its toilets.

You heard that right. While the world expects us to be the world’s policeman, our most expensive ship is stuck dealing with clogged commodes. Instead of launching planes to defend American interests, sailors are plunging toilets and dealing with the kind of mess you’d expect in a cheap roadside diner. That’s what passes for military readiness in Joe Biden’s America. Democrats will send billions to Ukraine, fund nonsensical environmental pet projects, and hand out cash to illegal aliens, but when it comes to basic needs for the troops? Sorry, nothing left in the budget.

It’s embarrassing, but it’s not surprising. Liberal bureaucrats and their pals in the defense industry waste mountains of taxpayer dollars on over-engineered nonsense. They care more about checking woke boxes and hosting sensitivity training than keeping our fighting men and women comfortable and ready. This is what happens when government “experts” who’ve never set foot on a warship make the big decisions. All those fancy degrees, all that Ivy League smugness—and yet basic plumbing is forgotten.

Let’s get this straight: our sailors deserve the best. Instead, globalist politicians and pencil-pushers give them a floating lemon with a five-star price tag and third-world bathrooms. Is this the “modern military” the left loves to brag about? This is what decades of corruption and incompetence gets you—American warriors left to mop up after D.C.’s latest bad idea.

How much longer are we going to let this country be ruled by out-of-touch elites who care more about looking good on CNN than equipping the greatest military in the world to actually do its job? Maybe if liberals spent less time virtue-signaling and more time focusing on what really matters, our ships wouldn’t be outgunned by their own restrooms. If America ever loses its edge, it won’t be to China or Iran—it’ll be because the people in charge care more about toilets than victory.
