Gavin Newsom just proved again why he’s the poster child for everything wrong with the radical Left. This week, Newsom tried to cozy up to Black voters in Georgia, but all he managed to do was insult their intelligence by saying he’s “just like them”—apparently because he had a low SAT score and can’t read speeches. That’s not just embarrassing; it’s pure liberal arrogance on display. While Democrats pretend to champion minorities, their elites can barely hide their condescension.
But Newsom’s meltdown didn’t stop there. When people called him out for his racist blunder, he lashed out and called the backlash “fake outrage.” That’s the Left’s favorite trick—attack everyday Americans when they point out Democrat hypocrisy. Newsom can dish it out, but he sure can’t take it. This guy, who grew up surrounded by the Getty dynasty’s privilege, has the nerve to act like he understands the “grind” of real Americans. Give us a break. He grew up with family friends like Jack Nicholson, trips to Africa, helicopter rides, safaris, and lavish parties. That’s not the American dream; that’s inherited luxury, plain and simple.
When pushed about his silver spoon upbringing, Newsom tried to rewrite history, suddenly claiming he had a tough childhood filled with hard work. Sorry, but no amount of political spin changes the facts. Even his own answers slipped and admitted it was all thanks to the connections and open doors handed to him by the Gettys and a string of well-connected relatives. Honest Americans see right through this privilege parade—and they’re tired of getting lectured about “equity” by the very people living in ivory towers.
It got worse when his family’s ties to communism came up. Apparently, Newsom’s great-grandfather was pals with Oppenheimer and had connections deep enough for J. Edgar Hoover to keep a file on them. His grandmother took jaunts to the Soviet Union. While Newsom shrugged it off as some kind of quirky family background, it begs the question about where his sympathies really lie. It’s no wonder California has become a mess under his leadership—anti-American ideas run in the family.
Let’s not forget, the media usually protects their chosen Democrat darlings. When even left-leaning anchors are going after Newsom, you know something is up. Maybe they realize he’s too flawed to be their 2028 champion—or maybe they’re setting up someone even scarier. Newsom’s record is a disaster: rising crime, cities in ruin, and businesses fleeing his state. Conservatives should be ready. Whether it’s Newsom or the next radical with fewer skeletons, America can’t afford more woke failures. The question isn’t whether Newsom is finished—the real danger is who they’ll try to shove down our throats next.
