When will the left admit their justice system is rigged? This week, a Utah judge made a jaw-dropping decision on the hottest murder trial this year—the assassination of Charlie Kirk, conservative firebrand and true American patriot. The defense lawyers for the accused killer, Tyler Robinson, tried one last desperate trick: they demanded the entire prosecutorial team be tossed out because one prosecutor’s adult child had witnessed the murder. Yet, the judge denied that request, keeping the same crew in charge of bringing the killer to “justice.” It’s more proof that fair trials are almost impossible when the left’s fingers are all over the scales.
Let’s not forget what’s really at stake here. Charlie Kirk stood up to the woke mob, to the Biden regime, and to the globalists who want to silence conservative voices. His cold-blooded murder was a direct attack on American values. But now, the legal system is allowing prosecutors with personal ties to the tragedy to go after his alleged assassin. Imagine if the roles were reversed—if a conservative prosecutor’s kid had witnessed a Democrat being killed. The mainstream media and liberal activists would be screaming about bias and demanding immediate removal.
The fact that the judge shrugged this off is just another example of the double standard conservatives face every single day. Liberals are always talking about “fairness” and “impartiality,” but when it’s their political opponents gunned down, suddenly those principles vanish. Apparently, so-called justice is only for the left’s friends, never for those who fight for freedom.
Of course, the defense request might have been a Hail Mary. But let’s be honest—if there’s even a whiff of bias in the prosecution, the right thing to do is bring in someone neutral. The American people deserve a truly fair trial, not a kangaroo court where the outcome is rigged from the start. Anyone who cares about real justice—not just punishing conservatives—should be alarmed by this charade.
What message does this send? That if you’re a patriot standing up for your country, you can be murdered in cold blood, and the system will bend over backward to make sure the show trial goes off without a hitch. Maybe that’s what big-government liberals want: a country where conservative leaders are targets, and the justice system is their tool for shutting us up. But real Americans aren’t going to sit by and accept it. The question is, how long are we willing to let the left play games with our rights, our lives, and our country?
