A whopping 73 Democrats snubbed the event, proving yet again how childish and out-of-touch the modern Left has become. These lawmakers, who never once hesitated to force-feed Americans four years of Biden’s incoherent rambling or Obama’s self-serving lectures, simply can’t handle a single evening of real American leadership. If conservatives could sit through years of liberal monologues, these “public servants” can stomach a strong President for one night. But they won’t, because their egos—and their agenda—can’t survive in the light.
Of course, the Democrat meltdown began well before President Trump even took the stage. Left-wing media hacks and social media vultures started flapping wildly, scrambling for any excuse to dismiss the night’s message or distract from the administration’s relentless progress. The truth is, they’re terrified. Trump’s return and the packed House chamber, filled with patriots and leaders who put America first, sends a message they hope Americans won’t hear: this country is back on its feet, building strength after years of globalist blunders and open-border madness. No amount of liberal griping on cable news can change that.
Even the Supreme Court bench was telling. Only four justices showed their faces on the floor: Roberts, Barrett, Kagan, and Kavanaugh. The rest apparently couldn’t be bothered to show up, hiding from the energy and momentum that Trump brings. Kavanaugh, ever dependable, stands proud as the only justice who voted to uphold Trump’s tariffs—policies that put American workers before Chinese Communist interests. The message from the judicial branch is clear: while some still serve the Constitution, others are more interested in fashionable absences than actually serving the people.
Meanwhile, Democrats inside the chamber acted as if they were attending a school assembly where the principal threatened detention. Their leader had to scold them beforehand, warning them to behave or just stay home. This is what passes for leadership on the Left—herding coddled politicians, praying someone doesn’t throw a tantrum or get escorted out in dramatic fashion. It’s no wonder the rest of the world sees America as stronger and prouder under Trump. The alternative is decades of progressive performance art, sprinkled with meltdowns and pointless protest.
Tonight, as President Trump stands tall with First Lady Melania and a room full of actual leaders, one thing is undeniable: America is sick and tired of the Left’s embarrassment and empty symbolism. If Democrats can’t show up and listen when the President addresses the nation, maybe they shouldn’t be sitting in those seats at all. Who needs politicians who run away from the truth? The real State of the Union is simple—America’s roaring back, because real Americans are finally in charge. Isn’t it time the crybabies got off the stage and let the adults clean up their mess?
