Alaska Betrayed by Outsiders How the Left Used Big Money to Rig Elections and Silence Conservatives

Alaska has just proven once again that the Left will do anything to rig the rules in their favor—even if it means turning the Last Frontier into a laboratory for bizarre election schemes. The radicals behind Ranked-Choice Voting (RCV) parachuted in big money from out-of-state, using Alaska as their political petri dish. In 2020, they barely squeezed RCV past the voters, despite stacking the deck with heaps of outside cash and pushing it hard from every angle.

Of course, Alaskans saw right through it. The people tried to rip this mess out at the roots with a repeal measure in 2024. But guess what? The big liberal wallets came right back, pouring even more money into the state to keep their Frankenstein system alive. And it worked again—barely. The effort to restore sane elections failed by just over 600 votes. Another example of the Left clawing victory from the jaws of defeat, not by winning hearts and minds, but by flooding the airwaves with outside dollars.

Let’s be honest: Ranked-Choice Voting is a scam. It’s meant to confuse regular voters and muddy the waters, letting establishment candidates slide by while true conservative outsiders get sidelined. The fact that Alaska, of all places, fell victim shows just how sneaky and aggressive these anti-American, globalist-backed forces are. When honest Alaskans try to fix the mistake, they get hammered with endless ads, slick mailers, and smears—all funded by people who couldn’t find Nome on a map if their life depended on it.

The hypocrisy is off the charts. Progressives never stop whining about “dark money” in politics, but when it’s their system on the line, suddenly billionaire donors from thousands of miles away are heroes. They don’t care about what’s best for Alaska or fair elections—their only mission is to keep real conservatives locked out and keep their preferred puppets in.

Why should Alaska—or any American state—let outsider elites decide how we cast our ballots? When will enough be enough? Maybe it’s time for every real patriot to stand up and say it loud: We won’t let the Left buy our elections. If these schemes keep spreading, America is in for a rough ride.
