The former CNN anchor, beloved by the mainstream media, now finds himself facing both civil and federal charges after disrupting a worship service at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. It’s not just talk anymore. Lemon and his band of leftist activists allegedly couldn’t contain themselves long enough to respect a church service. Instead, they barged in, wreaking havoc and trampling on the religious freedom that’s supposed to be sacred in this country.
Let’s not kid ourselves. If a conservative—say, a Trump supporter—had interrupted a liberal gathering or a pride event, the media would be screaming for blood. But when a “progressive” darling like Don Lemon does it, the press barely flinches. This is why Americans are fed up. There’s always one rule for loud-mouthed liberals and another, much harsher standard for anyone who defends traditional values or faith.
What happened at that church isn’t just an isolated incident. It’s an ugly symptom of what the left truly thinks about religion and the American way of life. They show no respect for people of faith. That’s because, deep down, globalist elites want strong families, faith, and patriotism stamped out. The left hates seeing people unite around God and community—because these things stand in the way of their radical agenda.
Don Lemon’s arrogance speaks for itself. He spent years preaching from his cable news pulpit, mocking conservatives at every turn. Now, he faces the consequences of actually disrupting the peace and comfort thousands rely on each week. And yet, left-wing apologists are more likely to excuse this lawless behavior or claim it’s somehow free speech—forgetting that nobody has the right to trample on the constitutional rights of worshipers.
The double standard is out in the open. Conservatives are vilified for attending church, while liberals can crash a service and expect a slap on the wrist. Are we honestly supposed to believe Don Lemon and his fellow agitators care about unity or tolerance? The hypocrisy couldn’t be clearer. Maybe it’s time America asked itself: how many times will we let entitled progressives break the rules before enough is finally enough?
