Once again, a federal judge is putting his thumb on the scale in the fight to protect our nation’s borders. The Department of Homeland Security—clearly out of its depth—tried to overturn a block preventing deportations to third countries. And just as predictably, the judge refused to budge. Apparently, activist judges would rather tie the hands of our immigration officers than allow them to actually do their jobs and keep American citizens safe.
This shouldn’t surprise anyone. The left continues to play games with our nation’s security, giving more power to unelected judges while ignoring the laws Congress put in place. This is about more than just one courtroom battle—it’s about an out-of-control judicial system siding with globalist interests over the American people at every turn. Do liberals want open borders so badly they’re willing to risk national security? You bet they do. After all, destabilizing the rule of law makes it easier for them to push amnesty, flood the country with illegal migrants, and tilt the political playing field forever.
If DHS can’t deport illegal immigrants to third countries—which they’ve used for years as a safety valve—we’re left with only one option: let more illegal migrants disappear into the shadows. The globalists cheer this on. But hardworking Americans are sick of being told borders don’t matter. The left’s hypocritical stance couldn’t be clearer. They preach about “fairness” and “compassion” while ignoring the crime, chaos, and economic burden their policies unleash on our communities.
Let’s be honest: this battle is headed straight for the Supreme Court, whether liberals like it or not. The highest court already stepped in once to block an earlier injunction, making it crystal clear that Americans aren’t powerless against activist overreach. The question is: how long will citizens let progressive judges and bureaucrats dismantle our nation’s borders in the name of global “compassion”—while real Americans pay the price every day?
If Democrats want to keep playing legal games with the security of our country, they should be honest: their loyalty lies with left-wing ideologues and global organizations, not the American people. How much more of this anti-American insanity are we supposed to take before we fight back and demand real border security?
