Republicans are stepping up where Democrats have failed. They’ve just introduced a bill to stop illegal immigrants from becoming armed police officers. That’s right—there are police departments handing badges and guns to people who aren’t even citizens. Some aren’t supposed to be in the country at all. This is the new twisted reality created by weak liberal leadership.
Shocking? Of course. The left has been so busy bashing police that departments can’t find enough new recruits. Instead of working to restore respect for the badge, some places are lowering standards to the floor. Now, they’re turning to illegal immigrants, even some covered by the disastrous Obama DACA program, and saying, “Here’s your uniform and here’s your firearm.” Let that sink in—people who broke our laws to get here are expected to enforce those same laws.
It’s hard to imagine a clearer example of liberal self-destruction. They trash American cops, drive real patriots away from the job, and then try to fill the gap with folks who have no business carrying a gun for the government. This isn’t just absurd—it’s dangerous. Our families deserve better. Every citizen should ask: if criminals run the government, what’s left for the rest of us?
Of course, the open-borders crowd cheers this madness on. Globalists and radical activists want to erase every line between citizen and non-citizen, American and outsider. They don’t care about safety or common sense—they care about power. They want to turn America into a borderless experiment where unserious politicians hand deadly weapons to anyone with a good story.
Thank God for the Republicans who still know right from wrong. At least someone is fighting to keep guns and badges in the hands of Americans, not illegal border-hoppers. The left’s anti-cop, anti-American agenda is driving our country off a cliff. When did enforcing the law mean turning it upside down? Maybe someone on the left can explain why citizens obey while lawbreakers get promoted.
