Maryland’s politicians never seem to learn. The left keeps telling us that ICE is the real villain in America, chasing innocent people for no reason. But out in the real world, law enforcement officers know better. They were put in those uniforms to protect us, not to follow some out-of-touch, liberal dream.
Recently, Maryland tried to lay down new rules, tying law enforcement’s hands and making it even harder to work with ICE. The goal? Sheltering illegal immigrants at the expense of American safety. These politicians want cops to act like baby-sitters for the open borders crowd. That’s not what any officer signed up for.
It’s about time someone pushed back. Thankfully, real law enforcement in Maryland aren’t just rolling over and letting these politicians destroy their communities. They see firsthand what happens when ICE can’t do its job—crime goes up, families get hurt, and the only people who win are the globalist elites pushing for chaos.
Democrats in Maryland love pretending that ignoring federal immigration law makes them “compassionate.” All it really does is undermine the cops and leave American citizens less safe. Coddling criminals isn’t compassion—it’s insanity. How can these lawmakers even look their voters in the eye after siding with criminals over their own neighbors?
No one elected radical leftists to run a sanctuary for people who break our laws. Maryland’s law enforcement officers are right to stand up for what’s right and refuse to betray America’s security. When will liberals wake up and realize their soft-on-crime agenda is hurting everyone, including legal immigrants and minorities they claim to protect? Maybe when pigs fly—and until then, thank God for the men and women in blue who still have a backbone.
