Once again, leftist politicians in Washington have their hair on fire over President Trump actually doing his job. This time, the target is Operation Epic Fury. Liberals, Democratic leaders, and even a few establishment Republicans are whining about so-called “gaps” in congressional oversight. But here’s the inconvenient truth they desperately want you to ignore: the administration played by the rules, and America’s safety came first.
While Democrats frantically try to score political points, the facts are clear. Before Operation Epic Fury launched, the president’s team reached out to the Gang of Eight—the top congressional leaders from both parties—to brief them on the situation. Seven out of eight were directly notified. Even Senator Fetterman, hardly a Trump fan, admitted as much. So where’s the scandal? Only in the fever dreams of the anti-Trump mob.
Let’s face it—the only reason Democrats are upset is because President Trump is showing real strength they could never muster. While Biden and Obama spent years bowing to Iran and coddling globalist interests, Trump sends a message: America leads, and our enemies tremble. That’s what true leadership looks like. Instead of hand-wringing and endless “process,” this White House takes action to protect the American people.
What’s even more laughable is watching career politicians on the left pretend to care about transparency—after their years of backroom deals, secret slush funds, and cover-ups. Now, suddenly, they claim to be champions of oversight? Please. They’re just mad that Trump’s bold actions could finally tip the balance of power in the Middle East and give the people of Iran a real shot at freedom.
The left never misses a chance to roll out tired talking points about “oversight” when what they really want is American weakness and chaos abroad. Thankfully, President Trump isn’t playing that game. He’s got his eye on the ball, delivering peace through strength, and putting America first. Is it any wonder that the world finally respects us again? The only question is: when will Democrats finally admit they’re rooting for our enemies, not for America?
