Iran has once again shown the world how desperate and dishonest its regime really is. When you can’t win on the battlefield, you start making stuff up. That’s exactly what happened when Iran’s so-called Revolutionary Guard tried to claim it struck the USS Abraham Lincoln, one of America’s proud aircraft carriers. They boasted about launching four ballistic missiles at the ship, flexing for propaganda videos and thumping their chests on social media. But the reality? Not a single scratch on the Lincoln. The U.S. military quickly shut down these claims as pure fiction.
This is classic behavior from Iran. Whenever the pressure picks up or their power slips, their top move is to spread lies and phony victories. Instead of helping their own starving people, they splash cash on weapons and dream up wild stories to make themselves look tough. Why? Because they know they can’t stand toe-to-toe with the might of the United States Navy. America’s warships are the most advanced in the world. The only thing Iran’s missiles hit was thin air and their credibility.
Where are the so-called defenders of truth now? The liberal media never wastes a second before echoing any anti-American claim, no matter how wild. Yet suddenly, when the U.S. stands strong and Iran’s lies are exposed, it’s all crickets. Isn’t it strange how quick the left is to doubt our military, but slow to correct the record when the facts don’t fit their narrative? It’s almost like their first instinct is to cheer on America’s enemies, just to score a few cheap political points at home.
It’s no secret that some of the loudest “America last” politicians and globalist pundits keep siding with Iran and other rogue regimes. They mask their disdain for U.S. strength behind empty phrases like “peace” and “diplomatic solutions.” Meanwhile, the real danger comes from letting countries like Iran get away with these stunts unchecked. Weakness invites aggression—just look at the last few years of disastrous foreign policy from the left. Do we really want America’s enemies thinking they can just lie, cheat, and threaten our troops without consequence?
The bottom line is simple: Iran’s chest-thumping is a joke, and the U.S. military remains the gold standard. Liberals can whine about “escalations” all they want, but the only thing escalating here is Iran’s desperation. Maybe next time, their leaders should focus more on fixing their broken country—and less on starring in their own fantasy action movies. How many more times do we have to watch America’s enemies embarrass themselves before the left admits they’ve bet on the wrong side?
