Senator John Fetterman just did something shocking—for a Democrat, anyway. Instead of backing down to the liberal press mob or echoing the usual anti-American narratives, he stood tall. Reporters tried bullying him into slamming America for taking out a vicious Iranian figure. They wanted another round of Democrat hand-wringing and weakness. But Fetterman refused to play along.
It’s rare to see anyone on the Left not fall to their knees for globalist interests and appease our enemies. Most Democrats bend over backwards to lecture Americans about “restraint,” while making excuses for the world’s worst terrorists. But Fetterman broke the script. He made it clear: when a dangerous enemy meets justice, that’s something Americans should be proud of—not ashamed.
Watching the DC press react was embarrassing. These so-called reporters, instead of defending their own country’s actions, grilled Fetterman like he owed Iran an apology. What world are they living in? Since when do we mourn when deadly threats to Americans are wiped off the map? This is the twisted upside-down logic the media and too many liberals have come to embrace—always siding with America’s enemies, never with the heroes.
The same people who cheered for “diplomacy” with murderous regimes now scold anyone who dares support the troops or defend American interests. They trip over themselves to sound “compassionate,” pretending it’s “nuance.” But at the end of the day, they’re showing the world a soft, confused country. That’s not how you keep our enemies in check—or respect the sacrifices of those who risk everything for our safety.
Maybe John Fetterman has a shred of common sense left—or maybe even he is sick of liberal cowardice. Either way, here’s a thought for Democrats and their media lapdogs: Instead of worrying about Iran’s feelings, maybe start worrying about the safety, pride, and power of the United States. Are they really that afraid of calling out evil when it’s staring them in the face?
