Iran is back to its old tricks, flexing its muscles and threatening to set the world on fire—literally. The Iranian regime, run by the radical Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, is now openly warning it will “burn” any oil tanker that tries to pass through the vital Strait of Hormuz. That’s not just bluster. American allies and global markets should be taking it very seriously.
This rogue regime isn’t just making threats. Their forces have already started launching wild, indiscriminate attacks across the Gulf of Oman. Innocent sailors and key shipping lanes are being put in danger, all because Iran’s leaders can’t stand seeing America and its partners succeed. This isn’t just about oil. It’s about showing the world they think they can bully anyone, anytime they want.
Once again, we see what happens when weak, liberal foreign policy lets thugs like this act without fear. The globalists keep wringing their hands, worried about “escalation.” Meanwhile, Iran is setting the rules—and laughing at a West too afraid or too distracted by woke nonsense to push back. The Biden administration talks tough in front of the cameras, but what’s really being done to stop this? Precious little, it seems. American strength has been replaced by appeasement, and the world knows it.
Captain Obama’s old policy of sending pallets of cash and looking the other way didn’t solve anything. Now here we are, again facing the same lunatics who hate the West—and hate freedom even more. Instead of holding Tehran to account, the left insists we should just “understand their grievances.” Meanwhile, businesses, workers, and families everywhere pay the price at the pump every time Iran rattles its saber.
Why should the American people keep footing the bill for this globalist circus? Why does the left always seem more eager to appease hostile regimes than to protect American security and prosperity? Maybe it’s time to stop tiptoeing around Iran’s threats and start showing some real backbone before they light a match the rest of us can’t put out.
