While innocent Iranians were being gunned down by their own government, Harris couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge their suffering. No speeches. No outrage. No hashtags. Silence, as thousands paid the price for daring to seek freedom. But the moment the United States takes real action against this blood-soaked regime, suddenly Harris finds her voice. Her outrage is not for the victims. Her outrage is reserved for President Trump.
Let’s get this straight: Harris says she “unequivocally opposes” the military response that’s finally putting Iran’s thugs on notice. She rails against “wars of choice” and acts as though defending American interests and saving innocent lives are somehow signs of aggression. This is the same woman who was part of the administration that surrendered Afghanistan, handed the Taliban billions in military weapons, and left American allies stranded to the tender mercies of terrorists. If there is anyone who shouldn’t be lecturing the country about foreign policy or “putting troops in harm’s way,” it’s Kamala Harris.
But this is the Democrat playbook—ignore real evil on the world stage and save all your righteous anger for America. When despot regimes crush women and murder protesters, Democrats hide behind platitudes and empty statements. But if they see a chance to attack Trump, their “courage” magically appears. It’s easy to grandstand about “justice” in the U.S., where equal rights are carved into the Constitution, but weak-kneed liberals can’t even mutter a word when true tyranny rears its ugly head overseas.
What is it with today’s so-called progressives? They’ll scream about microaggressions and make wild claims of “systemic oppression” at home, but when the world’s worst dictators butcher their own people, they go silent. Is their moral compass broken, or is there just nothing left inside? Maybe they’re just more comfortable virtue signaling than standing up to the real bullies of the world.
This is what Americans get with Democratic leadership—a party willing to preach about values while doing nothing to defend them. If Harris and her liberal friends can only find their voices when it scores partisan points, what does that say about their so-called principles? The truth is clear: when it comes to fighting evil, Democrats just don’t have the guts.
