Texas conservatives finally got the message through, loud and clear: the people are done with Dan Crenshaw’s establishment games. Steve Toth took the gloves off and won the primary for Texas’s 2nd Congressional District, shaking up the Republican Party — and that’s exactly what was needed. Toth’s victory is proof that real conservative values, not watered-down Beltway talking points, still matter to grassroots voters.
For too long, politicians like Crenshaw have tried to play both sides, cozying up to D.C. elites and globalist interests while pretending to represent tough Texas ideals. He mouthed support for border security, fought some woke nonsense, but when it came time to dig in and fight for everyday Texans, he fell back on tired excuses and half-hearted compromises. Crenshaw seemed to care more about photo ops than protecting our freedoms from the left’s radical agenda.
Steve Toth is the breath of fresh air Texas needed. He has been outspoken about securing our border, defending the Second Amendment, and standing up for parental rights in a time when the left wants to take control of our schools and our families. His win isn’t just a win for Texas, it’s a wake-up call to all milquetoast Republicans who’d rather play nice with Democrats than do what’s right for the heartland.
The Democrats, and their spineless Republican enablers, should be nervous. If this is what can happen in Texas, it can happen anywhere. The conservative movement is done letting globalists and RINO sell-outs call the shots while Americans worry about crime, inflation, and attacks on American values. Texans have spoken—loudly. The GOP base wants fighters, not fence-sitters.
Steve Toth’s victory is just the beginning. If the rest of the Republican Party doesn’t get the message, more establishment favorites will find themselves booted out by candidates who actually represent their voters, not the media or special interests. So here’s the real question: who’s next?
