Texas Democrats pick their Senate champion and it is a disaster for real Texans

Texas Democrats have found their “winner” in the latest Senate primary… and it’s exactly as disappointing as you’d expect. James Talarico, a loyal foot soldier for the far-left agenda, managed to drag himself over the finish line with just barely more than half the vote. Meanwhile, Jasmine Crockett trailed behind—not that either choice would do Texas any favors. This wasn’t some landslide of hope; it was two liberals racing to see who can pander harder while Texas families get left in the dust.

This was the best the Democrat party could offer in Texas—two candidates elbowing for a shot at pushing more big-government nonsense. Talarico’s victory isn’t a win for anyone who loves freedom or respects the hardworking taxpayers of the Lone Star State. If anything, it’s a warning: the Democrat bench is so shallow, they have to rally behind someone spouting the same broken promises we’ve heard for years.

Folks, it’s obvious the left never learns. They keep doubling down on open borders, high taxes, and ignoring the everyday American. Instead of answering to Texans, Talarico will answer to party bosses and far-off special interests. Where’s the respect for American values? Nowhere to be found in this primary. Just more talk about what Washington bureaucrats want, and less about what real Texans need.

Let’s be real—while conservatives are busy fighting for jobs, lower prices, and secure streets, these Democrat candidates are obsessed with pleasing the coastal elites. These so-called leaders care more about making headlines than making a difference. They never miss an opportunity to chip away at the very freedoms that make America great, all while patting themselves on the back for it.

With this kind of “winner,” it’s no wonder Democrats keep falling flat in Texas. Maybe someday they’ll offer a candidate who actually listens to the people and stands up for American traditions—but after this clown show, nobody’s holding their breath. Is this really the best the left can do?
