Texas Dems Celebrate Primary Win But GOP Prepares to Crush Blue Wave Fantasy in November

The Texas Senate Democratic primary just wrapped up, and the left is already spinning fairy tales about a “blue wave” in November. James Talarico—another big-spending liberal out of Austin—managed to outmuscle Jasmine Crockett in a nasty, expensive battle. Democrats are celebrating like they actually accomplished something. Reality check, America: no matter how much out-of-state money they funnel into this state, Texas voters are smarter than that.

But as Democrats pat each other on the back, the real action is on the Republican side. Two conservative powerhouses, Senator John Cornyn and Attorney General Ken Paxton, are heading to a runoff. This is what honest competition looks like—two proven patriots battling for the soul of Republican leadership, not a circus of progressive promises and empty slogans. Unlike the Democrats, the GOP isn’t offering up TikTok activists and social media clowns. Republicans are talking about border security, freedom, and stopping the radical left’s assault on Texan values.

Meanwhile, liberals are pretending their endless infighting means Texas is turning blue. It’s laughable. Year after year, we watch the left waste millions hoping Texas voters will surrender to woke nonsense. Talarico is a perfect case study—a lifelong progressive who’s all talk, no results. He’s spent more time pushing failed education schemes and divisive race-baiting legislation than actually fixing anything. Texas doesn’t need more globalist mouthpieces propped up by Hollywood donors.

It’s always the same song and dance from Democrats: throw money at problems, divide Americans, and then blame conservatives when their policies fail. Look at the mess in the blue states—crime, failing schools, sky-high taxes. Is that what Texas wants? Voters here still believe in hard work and fairness, not handouts and critical race theory in every classroom.

Let’s be clear: this so-called “big upset” the left keeps dreaming about? It’s not going to happen. Texans don’t fall for empty promises and anti-American rhetoric. The only real question left is whether Cornyn or Paxton will lead the charge against the radical progressive machine come November. Frankly, it might not matter. As long as voters stay awake, Talarico and his liberal pals are in for a rude awakening on Election Day. Is Texas really fooled by more Democrat delusions? Don’t bet on it.
