The real shocker? Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is right on Cornyn’s heels. Despite endless attacks from the liberal media and Democrats obsessed with destroying anybody who dares push back on their anti-American agenda, Paxton’s campaign is blazing hot, earning a huge share of grassroots support. Texans see Paxton as the fighter they need—someone who’s willing to go to war with Washington elites, Big Tech overlords, and anyone else trampling on their freedoms.
Meanwhile, Rep. Wesley Hunt is trailing far behind. That’s no surprise. Texans want a warrior, not another soft-spoken politician parroting empty promises while Texas’s border crisis spirals out of control. Liberal Democrats and open-border activists must be licking their chops, hoping for a weak Republican nominee who’ll go easy on illegal immigration and cave to their radical wish list.
Let’s be real: this runoff is bigger than Texas. It’s a showdown between the old guard desperate to cling to their power and conservatives demanding results. Liberals want nothing more than a Republican who “reaches across the aisle” and rolls over at every Democrat demand. Cornyn tried that approach, and now he’s paying the price. Real conservatives know the left won’t stop until every last border is erased and every state bows to D.C.
