That’s the kind of toxic nonsense you hear from the far left and the so-called “America Last” crowd. But not this time. Secretary of State Marco Rubio wasted no time setting the record straight—it was America’s call to go after Iran, and America’s alone.
Let’s clear something up: Iran is not just another country playing hardball. It’s a nation run by religious extremists, fanatics obsessed with building nuclear weapons and using drones, missiles, and terrorism to bully the world. For years, liberals let these lunatics run wild, giving them sweetheart deals and pretending that empty talks would keep us safe. All that, while they piled up rockets and plotted how to hold entire continents hostage.
This time, real leadership stepped up. President Trump didn’t sit around waiting for Iran to finish its missile stockpile or wave a nuclear warhead in our faces. He acted before Israel even got the chance to defend itself—because he knew what the consequences would be. If America didn’t hit first, Iranian retaliation would land right on our troops and allies. The only way to keep America safe was to take the fight to Iran before their terror network spun out of control.
Of course, the usual suspects in Congress twisted Rubio’s every word, trying to claim the mission was a favor for Israel. Nonsense. The truth is, no matter what Israel planned to do, Iran crossed a red line a long time ago. The mullahs in Tehran were just a year away from having the kind of arsenal that makes them untouchable. America had no choice but to strike now, while these madmen were at their weakest.
Liberals don’t want to hear it, but decisive action—real strength—is what keeps dangerous countries in check. When America stands up to evil, the world becomes a safer place. Would Democrats rather sit back, wring their hands, and watch a nuclear Iran threaten the planet? Or will they ever have the courage to admit that force, not feelings, keeps America free?
