Once again, the political elites in the House are playing games with America’s safety. Instead of standing strong behind President Trump as he protects our country, they rush to clip his wings—all to score cheap political points. As Iran grows more dangerous by the day, out-of-touch politicians want to tie the President’s hands and let foreign thugs call the shots.
This so-called “bipartisan” resolution is a disgrace. Power-hungry Washington insiders, terrified of Trump’s boldness, are trying to put politics above country. They don’t care about the men and women in our military. They care about appeasing the radical left and their globalist pals. Apparently, giving Iran a free pass is more important to them than keeping Americans safe.
The loudest critics are those who wouldn’t last a day making tough calls in the real world. They complain they haven’t heard the “perfect explanation” for a preemptive strike. But they never demanded straight answers from Obama or Biden when they were busy running America into the ground. The hypocrisy is so thick you could cut it with a knife.
Let’s be clear: President Trump has every right to defend American lives. He was elected to make the hard decisions. Instead of thanking him, these DC swamp creatures want to slap on more red tape and make our country look weak on the world stage. It’s no wonder enemies of freedom keep testing us—liberals in Congress give them every reason to.
Americans don’t want a powerless president bowing to anti-American interests. We want a leader who acts. While the left works overtime to undermine Trump at every turn, their plans only help Iran and hurt the United States. Maybe it’s time these so-called representatives decide whose side they’re really on.
