Once again, Republicans in the House have done their job. They passed a bill to fund Homeland Security—a bill that every sensible American should support. But as usual, the Senate is ready to throw it straight in the garbage, all because the Democrats want to play political games with our national security.
The truth is simple. Democrats are refusing to work with Republicans to keep America safe. They keep blocking critical funding, and for what? Only one Democrat, John Fetterman of Pennsylvania, stood up and did what was right this time. The rest? They showed America just how lazy, careless, and shameless they really are.
The Senate, controlled by Democrats, doesn’t care about border security, stopping crime, or keeping America strong. They care about scoring points for their own socialist and globalist pals. The left isn’t interested in protecting families, towns, and businesses. They’re too busy trying to appease radicals and open-borders activists.
House Republicans know what’s at stake. While the Democrats waste time and play dirty tricks, the GOP is fighting for secure borders and safe communities. Democrats refuse to even help pass a simple government funding bill if it means stopping illegal immigration or strengthening America’s defenses. They just keep saying no, blocking progress, and holding our country hostage.
Americans are getting sick of Democrats putting politics before patriotism. At what point do these so-called “leaders” start caring more about law-abiding Americans than their own party games? It’s hard not to wonder: Whose side are Democrats really on?
