The man won’t give a straight answer about whether he’s considering a run for Congress. That’s not just shady—it’s a slap in the face to every taxpayer who expects transparency.
Federal law is absolutely clear. If you work for the government, especially overseeing powerful agencies, you can’t play partisan politics on the taxpayer’s dime. Yet D’Esposito can’t even muster the basic respect to say whether he’s planning to jump into the political arena. That smells like Washington doublespeak—Democrat-style.
