President Trump tries to get things done, and the liberal establishment just can’t stand it. Here we go again—now a Democrat congresswoman is in a frenzy, begging a judge to stop Trump from finally closing down and demolishing the so-called Trump-Kennedy Center. Liberals want to keep their pet projects alive, no matter how wasteful, outdated, or useless they’ve become. Why? Because they cling to the past and the power that comes with it. How many Americans actually care about the Kennedy Center, other than the elite?
Once again, the left proves they care more about shrines to old Democrat icons than they do about helping the American people. While middle America is struggling, leftist politicians rush to save their beloved cultural “landmarks”—as if that matters more than jobs, borders, or national security. Isn’t it funny how quickly they jump into court when their prestige is threatened, but they drag their feet when real Americans cry for help?
This is exactly what’s wrong with the D.C. swamp. The Kennedy Center is just another example of bloated bureaucracy—another marble palace for cocktail parties and award shows for people who already think they’re above the rest of us. Trump sees through the nonsense. He knows that leadership means bulldozing the old, failed ideas, not pouring more money down the drain. Modern America deserves better than endless taxpayer-funded monuments to liberal egos.
These Democrats say they stand for progress, but they’re the first to clutch their pearls when someone dares to tear down their cherished status symbols. When Trump wants to build or fix something that actually benefits average families, he’s met with lawsuits, protests, and angry headlines every single time. Liberal hypocrisy truly knows no bounds. Protect the border? No. Stand up to China? No. Fix a broken cultural relic? Suddenly, it’s an “emergency.”
How about focusing on the things that matter instead? Trump is doing what needs to be done: shaking up the system and refusing to bow down to out-of-touch elites. If the Kennedy Center is so important, maybe Hollywood celebrities and Democrat billionaires can pay for it themselves instead of soaking the taxpayer yet again. Or is the real emergency here that the left is losing one more piece of its privileged playground?
