Democrats block Homeland Security funding yet again as threats from Iran keep rising

Senate Democrats have done it again. For the third time, they’ve blocked critical funding for the Department of Homeland Security, all while America faces threats from Iran and a world on the brink. It’s almost impossible to believe, but liberals would rather risk national security than agree with their Republican colleagues. The same crowd always whining about “protecting democracy” has no trouble leaving the safety of the American people hanging by a thread.

While Iran rattles its saber and the Middle East feels like a powder keg, Democrats are playing political games. Are they blind to reality, or do they just not care? Every Republican warning about the dangers of gutting Homeland Security is met with smug indifference from the left. Their brand of “resistance” apparently means putting Americans dead last while pushing their globalist games and open-borders agenda.

Republicans understand that, in dangerous times, the country needs a strong Homeland Security Department—funded and ready to act. Democrats seem more obsessed with winning petty points than actually defending our borders or standing up to foreign threats. People are right to question whose side they’re really on. Is it just incompetence, or is there a deeper agenda at work? Either way, Americans are being left exposed.

Liberals love to point fingers and lecture about compassion, but when it’s time to actually protect people, they vanish. Refusing to fund Homeland Security at a time like this isn’t just reckless—it’s shameful. This is what happens when the radical left runs the show: priorities are upside down, global elites come first, and everyday Americans take a back seat.

How many times will Democrats put America’s safety at risk before people demand better? If the left keeps making excuses, maybe it’s time they admit the truth—they’re just not interested in putting America first.
