Shocking betrayal Democrats refuse to condemn Iran-backed terror in stunning House vote

It’s starting to look like the radical Democrats in Congress would rather cozy up to our enemies than stand up for America. This week proved just that. The so-called “Squad”—those media-darling socialists and their friends—were given a chance to take a basic, no-brainer stand against Iran-sponsored terrorism. Did they step up? Nope. Instead, they refused to support a simple resolution that called out Iran for backing terror. If that doesn’t make you question where their loyalties lie, nothing will.

You have to wonder what’s going on in these Democrats’ heads. Most Americans agree we should fight back against terrorism, especially from a country like Iran that chants “Death to America” every other week. But for too many Democrats, that’s apparently just another complicated “gray area.” They love to lecture the rest of us about morality and compassion, but when it comes to calling out thugs who plot against America and our allies, they go silent, or worse, actively refuse to get on board.

This isn’t just about one vote or one moment. It’s a pattern with today’s left-wing party. We’ve watched them pretend the border is secure, even as millions pour in and fentanyl flows across states like poison. Every time someone points out the obvious disasters in places like California—homeless encampments, sky-high taxes, ruinous crime—Democrat leaders pat themselves on the back and insist everything’s going great. It’s the same story: deny reality, protect the narrative, and hope you’ll forget the damage.

The Squad and their progressive friends want to rewrite what it means to be American. They’re more focused on looking woke for their globalist pals than protecting the people who actually live here. If standing up to Iran—one of the world’s worst terror sponsors—is somehow too harsh for their delicate sensibilities, then we have a major problem. Do they even remember who they’re supposed to serve?

If you can’t get Democrats to support something as simple as condemning terror, don’t be surprised when they keep selling out the American worker, the American soldier, and the American dream. Maybe, just maybe, Americans are tired of politicians who would rather take Iran’s side than their own country’s. How much longer are we supposed to put up with leaders more interested in virtue signaling than defending our nation?
