The city that once showcased serious talent and American greatness is now busy celebrating mediocrity with jazz hands and an orchestra. No wonder nobody takes liberal culture seriously anymore.
Why is Luigi Mangione suddenly stage-worthy? Is he a symbol of hard work or American grit? Not even close. Instead of embracing stories rooted in patriotism and real sacrifice, today’s theater crowd would rather glorify trivial figures and waste time on performances that leave the audience questioning their sanity. And the left-wing elites eat it up, eager to prove how “inclusive” and “forward-thinking” they are—no matter how offbeat, bland, or agenda-driven the story really is.
Meanwhile, these same progressives ignore true American innovators—think veterans, small business owners, or cops who keep our streets safe. Those heroes never get a Broadway spotlight. Instead, we get Luigi and his overhyped life story, handed to us as if it were gospel. It’s just another distraction to keep voters focused on fluffy entertainment and away from the real issues that plague our country after years of liberal policies.
Let’s be honest—New York’s cultural scene is a far cry from what made this country great. Globalist interests and coastal elites have hijacked our stages, books, and screens. They prop up performers and stories nobody asked for, all while pushing a radical agenda that aims to erase American values for a few claps from champagne-swilling critics and woke activists.
Will the day ever come when Broadway dares to honor the backbone of America instead of chasing the next oddball fad? If Luigi Mangione is the best they’ve got, maybe it’s time to bring the curtain down once and for all.
