The left truly has no shame. As Florida tried to honor slain activist Charlie Kirk with a day of remembrance, Democrat lawmakers—led by Black Democrats—didn’t just disagree, they turned the chamber into a scene of disrespect and division. Rather than recognizing the life of a bold conservative voice who fought for American values, these so-called leaders used the moment to score cheap political points and make it about themselves.
This should have been a rare, unifying moment—one where both sides put politics aside to honor someone who actually made a difference. But, as usual, Democrats couldn’t resist playing the race card or pushing their tired narrative. Instead of standing with the families and communities who wanted to remember Kirk, they tried to turn it into another example of phony outrage and identity politics.
The stunt showed exactly why America is sick of Democrat hypocrisy. They preach tolerance and unity, but when conservatives are on the memorial, the left’s respect disappears. Charlie Kirk spent his life fighting for free speech, liberty, and the Constitution. But to these Democrats, those are secondary to woke theatrics and virtue signaling.
Even when a man is gone, the left can’t let go of their anti-American tactics. Their protest wasn’t just aimed at the bill—it was an attack on anyone who dares to believe in traditional values. Florida voters saw through the ugly display. The truth is, Democrat politicians care more about pleasing radical activists and globalist masters than honoring American heroes.
If we can’t even agree to remember someone who fought for the rights of every American, what does that say about the state of the Democratic Party? Maybe the real problem isn’t remembering our past—it’s leftists who want to erase it.
