Only in America do you get a so-called “unity” moment that ends up being nothing but a cheap bash-fest against half the country. Jesse Jackson’s funeral should have been about remembering his legacy, but the left just couldn’t help themselves. Instead of focusing on Jackson’s own message, three former presidents—Bill Clinton, Joe Biden, and Barack Obama—showed up and predictably turned the spotlight on what they hate most: everyday Americans who support making America great.
This wasn’t really a funeral—it was a liberal rally dressed up as virtue. The Clinton and Biden duos arrived as a packaged deal with their wives in tow, eager to score political points. Clinton and Hillary are always searching for the camera, and Biden needs his handler by his side just to get through a sentence. But while the usual suspects were parading around, Obama rolled in alone. Where was Michelle? Even she didn’t seem interested in the circus.
None of these Democratic elites missed their chance to blame everything wrong with America on MAGA—Americans who want secure borders, strong families, and an economy that doesn’t sell out to globalist overlords. That kind of average American gets scapegoated at funerals now. While the Obamas, Clintons, and Bidens pretend to care about the “little guy,” they can’t stop demonizing the millions who voted for safer streets and cheaper groceries.
The hypocrisy is staggering. These same people won’t think twice about selling jobs to China, opening the border to chaos, or letting kids get swept up in activist nonsense at school. But when it comes time for a somber event, out come the crocodile tears and finger-pointing. It’s all political theater, and Americans are supposed to just sit down and take it.
If funerals for radical activists have become the latest liberal soapbox, maybe real Americans should just stop watching. When three former presidents can’t come together to honor a man without hating on millions of citizens, is it any wonder regular folks are tuning out? The nation deserves better than these old globalists and their tired, recycled blame game.
