They act like Jefferson and his crew were promoting selfishness. That’s nonsense. But liberals and self-proclaimed elites never quit. Every year, we see fresh attacks on our freedom to pursue happiness. Whether it’s crushing taxes, speech codes, or woke corporate overlords telling us what words we can use, the left’s real goal is control. They talk unity, but their policies trap people in the very dependency our founders fought to escape. Happiness, to them, is a guaranteed handout and a muzzle on anyone who still believes in hard work and faith.
